Cancellation

Before dispatch

If you contact us before 5pm on the same day the order was made(or the next day if you order after 5pm), you can cancel your order.

After dispatch

If products are already dispatched, you will be charged for the cost of delivery; we will let you know how to pay this. Please note that once you have opened the package you will not be able to cancel the order.

If you receive a product which is different to your order

※We apologise if you receive a product which is not what you ordered.

We will exchange it for the right one straight away. Please report to us within 10 days of delivery and we will send the correct item immediately.
Please keep the product in its original box and re-seal the box as it was on delivery. When the driver delivers the right product to you, s/he will pick it up.

We will send the right product to you using a courier. You will find the shipping slip in an envelope attached on the box. An invoice will also be attached to the box.
Please give the driver any returned products in their original packaging. Please use the shipping slip provided. If it is not possible for you to give it to the driver, please send it back to us by freight collect.

We will send the right products to the post office of your choice. Please choose the method for return which suits you best. We will pay the delivery charge so please send products to us freight collect.

We try to provide a photo which gives you a good idea of the product, however, you may feel that it is not what you expected. Although we do not normally accept returns under these circumstances, we will try to do our best to keep our customers happy so do not hesitate to contact us. In these circumstances the full cost for returning and exchanging or refunding the goods will be the customers responsibility.

Faulty, damaged or inoperable products

※Please could you check the batteries before contacting us?

We are committed in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality. However, in the case of faulty, damaged or inoperable products, please contact us after checking the following:

1:The way batteries are inserted
2:The orientation of the batteries
3:The type of batteries used
4:That they are correctly charged where rechargeable batteries are being used

If the products are still inoperable after making these checks, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
We will send you a replacement immediately and when you contact us, we can discuss the best way for the replacement product to be delivered to you.

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns at a customers request without good reason (as detailed on the website).

If you purchased products with warranty, please keep our invoice as your receipt. Products are covered by warranty unless they are damaged by misuse, abuse and/or unreasonable use. Please feel free to contact us.

FAQ regarding return and exchange of products

QYou say some products are non-returnable. Does a cooling-off period not apply to these purchases?
AA cooling-off period does not legally apply to all mail-order purchases. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept any return or exchange at a customer's request without good reason. However, if you have any questions or feedback, please get back to us.
QWhat I received is very different to that which I expected; Can I return it?
AWe attach a photo of the product and provide explanations in order to give our customers an idea of our products in order to avoid disappointment. However, if the product is not what you expected, please let us know, We can exchange it for another product or refund it as you wish. Please note that the customer pays for any delivery charge on returns or exchanges.
QMy purchase broke after using it just once; Can I return it?
AWe aim to provide sex products of the highest quality by carrying out a rigorous inspection. We stop selling any products which have been found faulty but many of our customers and contact the supplier to give feedback on how the product can be improved.. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by faulty products. Please contact us as soon as possible if your product is found to be faulty. We will do our best to rectify the situation and will exchange any products that are found to be faulty and pay any delivery charges incurred.
